List of required documents for the opening of accounts

For Corporate Customers:

1. Copy of State Registration (Guvohnoma/Certificate);

2. Notarized signature cards for authorized persons (3 original copies), existence of the 1st signature and the 2nd signature is required;

3. Сopies of the passports of Company’s authorized signatory persons;

4. Application for opening of account (separately for each currency. Download);

5. Request letter to the Bank Chairman (show name of the Company, brief history of business, including major economic/financial paramaters. For new business show forecast).

6. Bank Contract on servicing an account;

7. Notarized copy of Charter;

8. Notarized copy of Constituent Instrument (Shareholders Agreement for example).

For Foreign Company's Representative office/Resident Mission to Uzbekistan:

1. Copy of the registration at the Governmental Body (accreditation of MoFA or MFERIT).

2. Notarized signature cards for authorized persons (3 original copies), existence of the 1st signature and the 2nd signature is required;

3. Copies of the passports of Company’s authorized signatory persons;

4. Registration at State Tax Committee;

5. Application for opening of account (Download);

6. Request letter to the Bank Chairman;

7. Bank Contract on servicing an account;

8. Notarized Copy of the Regulation of the Representative Office.
