For improving existing quality of servicing of clients, KDB Bank Uzbekistan has launched mobile banking service through “MultiPay” application

JSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan” offers to clients (individuals) mobile banking services through mobile application “MultiPay”

For improving existing quality of servicing of clients, KDB Bank Uzbekistan has launched mobile banking service through “MultiPay” application.

“MultiPay” application allows the user making online conversions, payments and transfers in local and foreign currency from user’s accounts as well as to receive certain information.

User interface of “MultiPay” application is supported in three languages: Uzbek, Russian and English.

Functions and features of “MultiPay” application:

 Registration

 For using “MultiPay” application, it is necessary:

  • To have one of the following accounts in the Bank: UzCard account, Visa card account or Demand deposit account
  • To download “MultiPay” application from “Google Play” online platform [Soon, it will be possible to download from “App Store”]
  • To register

 For online registration, it is necessary to have an active SMS-informing service for card   accounts UzCard or Visa connected to a phone (mobile) number.

 Registration is also possible by visiting Client Services Departments at Head office or   branches of the Bank.

 Conversions,   payments,   transfers

 

 

 Online conversion (purchase of foreign currency) from accounts in national currency.

 Reverse conversion (sale of foreign currency) from accounts in foreign currency.

 Payments to various service providers (such as cell phone operators, internet providers,   utility companies, etc.)

 Transfers onto accounts of other clients of the Bank.

 Transfers between own accounts, including virtual account (wallet).

 Accessing/   obtaining   information

 

 

 

 Generate up to 3 month statement of card, wallet and demand deposit accounts;

 View payment, exchange, conversion history, credit balances on accounts, exchange rates   of main currencies against national currency, Bank’s branches on the map (addresses,   contact phone numbers, branch opening hours).

 Mobile banking tariffs, terms and conditions.

 Settings

 

 

 Setting up push notifications, choosing language of user interface, changing secret   questions for entering the application, changing entry options, creation of favorite list of   payments for future use, creation and saving history of payments, history of transfers and   statement of accounts.

 Blocking

 Possibility of online blocking of card accounts for UzCard and Visa.
