Mr. Jung Seungwan

Executive Director

Mr. Jung Seungwan was born in 1982. He graduated from Ajou University (Korea) in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He began his career in 2011 by joining KDB Bank (Korea), where he worked in the Daejeon and Yeosu branches as well as in the Corporate Restructuring, Private Equity, and Corporate Banking divisions. Since 2026, he has been working as the Executive Director of JSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan”. Married. Has two children.

Ms. Park So Youn

Executive Director

Ms. Park So Youn was born in 1981. She graduated from Sogang University (Korea) in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sogang University in 2006. She began her career in 2007 by joining KDB Bank (Korea), where she held various positions in branch operations, treasury, corporate banking, and credit analysis functions. Since 2026, she has been working as the Executive Director at JSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan”.

Mr. Joo, Dong Bin

Chairman of the Management Board

Mr. Joo Dong Bin was born in 1967. He graduated from Sogang University (Korea) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics in 1992 and later obtained a Master’s degree in International Securities Investment and Banking from the University of Reading (UK) in 2007. He has been working at the Korea Development Bank since 1992 and is currently the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan”. Married and has two children. Before being appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Joo held various senior positions at the Korea Development Bank (incl., Executive Director), along with leadership roles in financial management and planning functions, and was also involved in the Bank’s overseas operations (including KDB Europe and KDB Hungary).

Mr. B. Ashrafkhanov

Deputy Chairman

Mr. Ashrafkhamov Bobir was born in 1973. He graduated from Belmont University (USA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1993 and from Tashkent State University of Economics with a Master’s degree in “Credits” in 2004. He had worked at the Tashkent office of the Central Asian-American Enterprise Fund during the period from 1995 to 2004. From 2004 he continued his career in the banking system: ABN AMRO Bank Uzbekistan, RBS Bank Uzbekistan and KDB Bank Uzbekistan. From February 2026, he is the Deputy Chairman of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan". Mr. Ashrafkhanov supervises the client relationship management departments and relations with CBU and government. Married, has three children.

Mr. S. Saydakhmedov

Executive Director / Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Saydmakhmud Saydakhmedov was born in 1976. In 1997, he graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University with a Bachelor's degree in "Finance and Credit", and in 2011 he graduated from the Tias Nimbas Business School (Netherlands) with a Master's degree in "International Business Management". He started working in 1997 at UzDaewoo Bank. From february 2026 he is the Executive Director of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan".Married. Has three children. Mr. Saydakhmedov supervises such areas as operations and currency control.

Mr. Kim Hang Sun

Managing Director

Mr. Kim Hang Sun was born in 1979. He graduated from the Sogang University (Korea) 2006 and The University of California Berkeley (USA) 2018. He began his career in 2006 by joining KDB Bank (Korea). Since 2025, he has been working as the Managing Director of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan". Married. Has two children.

Kim Ha Joong

Executive Director

Kim Ha Joong was born in 1983. He graduated from the Sogang University (Korea) 2010. He began his career in 2010 by joining KDB Bank (Korea). Since 2025, he has been working as the Executive Director of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan». Married. Has two children.

Mr. A. Juraev

Chief Accountant / Chief Data Officer

Mr. Abror Juraev was born in 1973. In 2001, he graduated from Karshi State University with a Bachelor's degree in "Finance and Credit", and in 2007 he graduated from the Banking Finance Academy with a Master's degree in "Banking". From April 2013 to the present day he is the chief accountant of JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan".Married. Has three children. Mr. Juraev supervises such areas as finance and account administration.

Mr. Lee Chang Hyun

Executive Director

Mr. Lee Chang Hyun was born in 1980. In 2008, he started working as an expert of KDB Bank's Apgujeng branch. Later, in 2011, he worked as an expert in the project financing department of KDB Bank in Korea, in 2014 as a manager of the Noksan branch of KDB, and then as a manager of the Ujengbu branch. Since 2023, he has been working as an executive director at JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan". Married. Has one child. Mr. Lee supervises such areas as Credit, Digital banking departments.
