According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 796 dated 17 December 2025 “On additional measures to improve the System of Payments to the Population under State Social Insurance”, starting from 1 July 2026 temporary disability benefits from the 6th day of temporary disability within a calendar year are paid by the State Social Insurance Fund in a proactive manner - no application or statement from the insured person will be required.
